Adjusting your fitness goal in the app is easy. Here's how:
1. Open the app and click on the icon with the first letter of your name in the top left corner:
2. Navigate to the Workout settings section and select Current goal:
3. Choose your new goal from the provided options, such as Lose weight, Stay fit, or Build muscle:
4. Press Update goal:
Your fitness plan will be rebuilt according to your new chosen goal.
Please note that if your plan is a Yoga special plan or Pilates special plan, changing the Current goal will be disabled in the settings.
