How do I change my workout preferences?

If your workout preferences have changed, follow these steps to modify them in the app:

1. Click on the icon with the first letter of your name in the top left corner of the app:

2. Navigate to Workout plan and select Workout preferences

3. Here, you will see Active workouts and Restorative workouts sections.

Select at least one active workout - Strength, Circuits, HIIT (Cardio is optional) and one restorative workout - Yoga, Pilates, Barre by ticking the appropriate boxes:

4. Press Update workouts preferences

Please note that if your plan is a Yoga special plan or Pilates special plan, changing the Workout preferences will be disabled in the settings.
