Menstrual Cycle-Based Program
This type of program is specifically designed to align with the different phases of your menstrual cycle. It offers tailored workouts that adapt to the hormonal changes and physical variations you experience throughout the month. By synchronizing your fitness routine with your menstrual cycle, we aim to help you achieve optimal performance, reduce discomfort, and enhance overall well-being.
Standard Workout Program
The Standard Program provides a consistent workout routine that does not take the menstrual cycle into consideration. This program offers a variety of exercises and training plans to help you achieve your fitness goals. It's a great option if you prefer a more traditional approach to training or don't have a menstrual cycle.
How to Switch Programs
If you’re currently enrolled in one type of program and would like to switch to the other, our Support team is always ready to help. Please contact us at support@harnafit.com to request a change of program.
