After you finish a workout, you'll see the workout's metrics in the Today's tab: time spent, calories burned, and points earned.

In the Today section, you can also find the diagram of your progress.

We award points to your finished workouts. These points serve as a visual representation of your journey towards your fitness goals. The maximum number of quality points is based on your personal goals, favourite workouts, and the number of days you train. It's a tailored experience just for you. 

Each workout is rated for Strength, Endurance, Coordination, and Flexibility (you can read about those key body qualities and their importance in this article), allowing you to track your development in the 4Q chart

To unlock your full potential, strive to complete all the workouts in your plan to fill the rings of these crucial body qualities.
