We’ve created our workout collections specifically for those who want to explore additional workouts beyond their personalized workout plan. Whether you’re looking to mix things up, target specific areas, or simply try something new, our workout collections are here to inspire and motivate you.
At the moment, we have various workout collections: Wall Pilates, Pilates, Chair Yoga, Yoga, Workouts under 15 minutes, Indoor Walking, and others.
You can access it from the Today tab or from the Workout description page.

After selecting one of the collections, you will see the workouts contained in it. You can choose the ones you like for your additional training.
