To maximize your potential, aim to complete all workouts in your fitness plan to close the rings of these essential body qualities. 

All workouts have their own Strength/Endurance/Coordination/Flexibility points, and you will be able to see your progress in the 4Q chart placed in the Today section

The maximum number of quality points for each cycle is based on your personal goals, favourite workouts, and the number of days you train. It's a tailored experience just for you.
