What is my subscription renewal date?

The subscription begins from the first payment and renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.

Please select your purchase method: 

  • You can find your Subscription renewal date within your HARNA account on our website.

    1. Click on this link (or visit our website and follow this path: Top-right menu → My subscriptions) 
    2. Enter the registered email associated with your account and press Continue
    3. You will see information about your current subscription after logging. 

  • Purchased using Apple ID:

    1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store;
    2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then select View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID;
    3. Scroll down and tap “Subscriptions”;
    4. Locate HARNA to view your Renewal or Expiry date.

  • Purchased using Google Play:

    1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device;
    2. At the top right, tap the profile icon;
    3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions> Subscriptions.
