  1. Dumbbells

  2. Elastic Band
    An elastic band, also known as a resistance band, adds an extra challenge to your workouts. It intensifies muscle engagement and helps improve muscle definition. With varying levels of resistance, you can adjust the band to match your fitness level and desired intensity.

  3. Chair
    A sturdy chair can be a valuable addition to your muscle-building arsenal. It acts as a support for exercises like step-ups, tricep dips, and more. By utilizing a chair, you can target different muscle groups effectively and safely. 

Also, some workouts require a yoga mat, which provides comfort and stability, making your workouts more enjoyable and effective.
