Each workout is designed to be effective in a short time, targeting different muscle groups and improving strength, endurance, and flexibility. Micro Workouts are easy to follow and suitable for all fitness levels.

With minimal equipment needed, you can do these workouts anywhere — at home, in the office, or even while traveling.

You can easily switch your fitness plan in the app to Micro Workouts, following the instructions in the settings.
