Your program
Go to the My Program - Fitness plan tab in the app to check your workout for today:
By clicking on workout you can see:
- the equipment you need for today's workout;
- the time your whole workout will take;
- the body part will you be working on this time;
- the number of calories you will burn;
- the list of exercises your coach has chosen according to your goal and preferences.
Your personal meal plan
Good nutrition is extremely important; it ensures that your workouts are effective and you have enough energy to complete them.
You can check your personal meal plan in the My program - Meal plan tab. It usually consists of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and 2 Snacks.
The Meal Card has detailed information about the meal's ingredients and instructions on how to prepare it.
Once you are satisfied with your meal plan for the week, go to the Shopping list. Here, you can find all the products you will need for the current week, split by their type (Dairy, Fruits, Grains, etc.).
Today
In the Today tab, you can see:
- Your workout for today and its name. The workout preview also contains information about the workout's duration and needed equipment. To find out more about your workout, click on it and you'll see detailed information: duration, estimated calories burned, type of workout, 4Q points earned for the workout, and equipment needed.
- Daily Steps Counter. If your app is synced with Apple Health/ Google Fit, you will see your Steps here.
- Your current workout plan progress. All workouts have their own Strength/Endurance/Coordination/Flexibility points, and you can see your progress in the 4Q chart.
- Your meals for today. If this feature was purchased, the Meal plan will appear here. By tapping one of the dishes in your Meal plan, you can view a detailed Meal Card with information about that dish.
Please note that the meal plan is offered as a separate feature, which requires an additional payment. Once the payment is completed, you’ll have full access to your meal plan in the Meals tab.
Catalog tab
This tab is designed to show you the lists of possible insights and workouts you can get familiar with and try.
Settings
To make changes in your plan, open the app and click on the icon with the first letter of your name in the top left corner:
Here you can find options to change Workout Plan, Meal Plan and Personal Details.
