Follow these steps for changing your current workout plan:
1. Open the app and click on the icon with the first letter of your name in the top left corner:
2. Navigate to the Workout plan and select Workout preferences:
3. Choose the types of workouts you want to be present in your fitness plan. It can be Wall pilates, Pilates, Chair yoga, Yoga, Indoor walking, Somatic, Strength, Circuits, Hiit, Cardio, or Barre. You can choose any combination of the 11 types of workouts available in the app:
4. Confirm your choice by tapping the Update workout preferences button:
Your workout plan will be updated. You can check the changes in the My Program tab.
