The workouts in your plan are determined by the specific type of fitness plan you've selected.
Go to the Current phase section and scroll down a bit. You will see your workout plan for the current phase, divided by training days and active rest days:
You can start your today's workout from here if you need to.
If you are curious about your next phases' workouts calendar, just switch the fase (tap the one on the chart that interests you), and you will see the relevant schedule with the workouts' names and dates.
