To change the number of workouts that you have per week, please do the following:
1. Open the app and click on the icon with the first letter of your name in the top left corner:
2. Navigate to the Workout plan and select Training days:
3. Adjust the days you prefer for your workouts by tapping each of them. You can choose any number of days of the week to work out (from 1 to 7).
4. Press Update training days:
