In the Today's section, you can see your workout for today and its name. The workout preview also contains information about the workout's duration and needed equipment.

Then tap Let's do it:
You will see the workout screen with the video player and navigation buttons. The current exercise and the previous exercise names are also on the screen.
Every exercise is guided by video and audio instructions to help you follow all step-by-step moves. Simply repeat what you see on the screen. You can stop the video at any moment or rewind some parts if you need to.
You can also widen the video to the full screen for your convenience:

Navigate to the next exercise by tapping Next or return to the previous exercise by tapping Prev. If you play the video of the exercise till the end, it will automatically switch to the next.
If you want to finish the workout before it ends, click on the cross in the top right corner, select your reason for leaving and tap Finish workout. You can return to it at any moment.
At the end of the training, press Claim points, then Done, and it will be marked as completed.
After you finish a workout, you'll see the workout's metrics in the Today's section: time spent, calories burned, and points earned.
You can also start your workout from the Current phase section. Scroll down to your fitness plan and tap Start Workout:
