How do I change my fitness level?

Follow these steps for changing your current fitness level:

1. Open the app and click on the icon with the first letter of your name in the top left corner:

2. Navigate to the Workout plan and select Fitness level

3. Choose your fitness level (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced)

4. Confirm your choice by tapping the Update fitness level button:
