The app shows I do not have an internet connection

If a “No internet connection” message appears on your screen, this may indicate that you are not connected to the internet.

We recommend ensuring you have Mobile Data enabled for the HARNA app within your device settings.

We also recommend checking the following:

  • kindly ensure that your current internet connection is stable;
  • try using another type of internet connection - switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi to check if the application is working on one of the channels.
