I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you don't remember your HARNA password, no worries – the process of restoring it is very simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Open the HARNA app. Select "I already have an account," input your email, and hit "Log in with Email."

2. On the password entry screen, tap Forgot Password: 

3. Check your inbox for a recovery email from us. 

4. Open the email and click the Reset password button.

5. Craft a new password (make sure it's different from the old one), re-enter it, and hit Change Password: 

6. You're all set! Employ your new password to access your account.
