I have not received a code to log in

When you log in through the website, you will be prompted to put a four-legit code, which will be sent to your email.

If you haven't received this code, please make sure you enter the correct email address used for registration of the HARNA account.

Also, check all email addresses attached to your PayPal, Apple, or Google account because the letter with a code can be routed there. 

Go to your Spam Folder in the mail. If the letter is there - mark the HARNA address as "Not Spam."

If the code still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.
