If you've already made a purchase but can't access the app, please follow these steps to restore your subscription:
1. Open the app and press Create my workout plan.
2. You'll need to retake the quiz once again. Please answer all the questions.
3. On the final screen (before payment), tap the Restore button located near the bottom.
4. Then, sign up with your email.
If this doesn't help, the issue might be caused by using a hidden or different email address, especially if you signed up via Apple ID. Please check the Hide My Email section on your device by going to:
Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Hide My Email. If you find a different email there, let us know — we’ll use it to locate your account and assist further. You can also refer to this article to learn more about Hide My Email feature.
