There is the error “Account cannot be found”/”Account was deactivated” when I log in

If you're facing a log-in error that says "Account cannot be found" or "Account was deactivated," these messages usually indicate that your account is no longer accessible through the app and most likely has been deleted before. 

If you believe your account was deactivated in error, or you wish to regain access, reach out to our Support team. They can assist in reactivating it.
