Follow these steps for changing your current fitness plan:
1. Open the app and click on the icon with the first letter of your name in the top left corner:
2. Navigate to the Workout plan and select Fitness plan:
3. Choose the plan you want to switch to from the available options (Essential plan, Yoga special plan, Pilates special plan):
Select Yoga or Pilates if you want your plan to focus on these types of workouts. Changing the Current goal and Workout preferences will be disabled in the settings in this case.
4. Confirm your choice by tapping the Update fitness plan button:
Your fitness plan will be updated. You can check the changes in the Current phase section.
