Follow these steps for changing your focus workouts:
1. Open the app and click on the icon with the first letter of your name in the top left corner:
2. Navigate to the Workout plan and select Focus workouts:
3. Choose up to 2 workouts that you want to focus on. These types of workouts will dominate your plan (about 70% of all workouts in your plan). ‘Balanced Program’ means that there will be an equal amount of all selected types of workouts that you choose in your Workout preferences.
4. Confirm your choice by tapping the Update focus workouts button.
Your workout plan will be updated. You can check the changes in the My Program tab.
